How is the Power of Two Bundle shipped?
Both IceBarrel’s are shipped on a wooden pallet via a third-party carrier due to its size and weight. After your purchase, you’ll receive delivery updates and a tracking code to help you prepare for the arrival of your IceBarrel. For more details about shipping, check our shipping information.
How quick and easy is the IceBarrel setup process?
The setup takes about 5 minutes (excluding filling the tub). The IceBarrel arrives in two parts: the tub and the Icetubs Engine™ . Simply connect them using the provided connectors. A step-by-step manual is included. For questions or customization options, contact our sales team.
How fast can I start using my IceBarrel?
After rinsing your tub and attaching the Icetubs filter, fill it with fresh water (about 30 minutes, depending on hose pressure). Once filled, turn on the engine and wait for the water to reach the desired temperature. The temperature adjusts- approximately 3ºC per hour, depending on the outside temperature. While waiting, install the app, and then you’re ready for your first session!
How do I keep the water fresh in my IceBarrel?

How often do I need to change the filters?

How long does it take to drain and fill up my IceBarrel?
Draining and filling times depend on water pressure and whether you use a pump or not. With a hose it takes about 10 minutes.
How do I clean my IceBarrel?
Use a stainless steel cleaner for the interior. Avoid chlorine, salts, or corrosive chemicals, as they can damage the stainless steel and cause rust.
Which electrical connection do I need?
You’ll need a grounded three-prong outlet for 220V. This grounding is essential for safety, directing electrical surges away from devices. If you’re unsure about your outlet, do not connect your IceBarrel and consult a local electrician.
