The estimated delivery time is provided in your quote and confirmed in your order confirmation. Our goal is to ensure your Icetubs arrives safely and on time. Shipping charges
We’re happy to share that all Icetubs prices include shipping for most destinations. However, some locations may have additional shipping costs, and accessories ordered without an Icetubs will incur shipping fees. If you have any questions or need assistance, our sales team is always here to help.
Customs & Duties
For international deliveries, customs duties and taxes may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer and will be charged upon delivery. Please check with your local customs office for more information on applicable fees.
Lead time
We understand your excitement to receive your Icetubs! Delivery time is typically 6 weeks for our Icetubs and 2 weeks for the accessories. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. For any delivery time concerns on current orders, contact transport.
Order process
Once order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email with delivery expectations. Two weeks before delivery, we'll ask you to confirm your delivery address and date. After your confirmation, the delivery process will start. Make sure to double-check your delivery address and product description. Add any special instructions for the delivery driver in your reply to avoid delays.
When purchasing online payment will be processed immediately. If you request a quote, we will send a personalized quote within 1 business day.
How is my Icetubs packaged?
Your IceBarrel, IceBath, or ProBath is securely packed with eco-friendly materials to prevent damage during transit. The packaging includes a pallet, carton, and plastic strips, and must be disposed of by you. We are continually improving our packaging to be even more eco-friendly and easier to dispose of, aiming to reduce waste while ensuring your product arrives safely. We believe in helping the planet and making your life easier with less packaging.
What should I do when my Icetubs arrives?
Our logistics partner will deliver your Icetub to your doorstep, but they will not assist with stairs or elevators. A signature is required upon delivery. If a signature was not requested, please inform our customer service immediately to guarantee support with loss of goods or damaged items.
When your Icetubs arrives:
- Inspect the package: Check for any visible damage. If you notice any issues, inform the delivery driver and contact our customer service team immediately.
- Report damage: Document and report any damage to the packaging.
- Unpack and inspect: After unpacking, inspect the Icetubs and all parts for any damage.
You will receive manuals and extra information by email before delivery, with a one-pager included in the package for setup assistance. Setting up your Icetubs usually takes 5-10 minutes.
How can I track my order?
You will receive tracking information via email once your order has been shipped. This will allow you to monitor the progress of your delivery and know when to expect your Icetubs. Have you not yet received your tracking number or have questions regarding your tracking number then please contact our transport department and they will gladly help you further.
What happens if delivery attempts fail?
If a delivery attempt fails, our logistics partner will contact you to reschedule. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery at the scheduled time. Additional delivery attempts may incur extra charges.
