1. Garantieumfang

Diese Garantie ergänzt Ihre gesetzlichen Rechte aus den EU-Verbraucherschutzgesetzen, einschließlich der Richtlinie 2019/771 über den Warenkauf und der Richtlinie 2011/83/EU über Verbraucherrechte, und beeinträchtigt diese Rechte nicht.

• Verbraucher (Privatgebrauch): Standard-2-Jahres-Garantie auf Herstellungsfehler und Komponentenausfälle bei normalem Gebrauch.
• Gewerbe-/Professioneller Gebrauch: 6 Monate Garantie für kommerziellen oder professionellen Gebrauch.
• Ausschlüsse: Rost oder Korrosion aufgrund von Küstennähe (innerhalb von 20 km der Küste) ist nicht abgedeckt. Wenn Sie Ihr Produkt in einer Küstenumgebung aufstellen, kontaktieren Sie uns für Schutzmaßnahmen unter [email protected] oder [email protected].

2. Garantiebedingungen

• Nur Privatgebrauch: Diese Garantie gilt nur für den Privatgebrauch, sofern nicht schriftlich anders vereinbart.
• Garantieservice: Defekte Produkte werden kostenlos repariert oder ersetzt, mit überholten Ersatzteilen nach drei Monaten.
• Ausschlüsse: Arbeits- und Anfahrtskosten sind nicht abgedeckt.
• Garantieverlust: Wenn der Schaden auf unsachgemäßen Gebrauch zurückzuführen ist (siehe Abschnitt 6), erlischt die Garantie.

3. So machen Sie Ihre Garantie geltend

Wenn das Produkt innerhalb von zwei Jahren nach dem Kauf als fehlerhaft befunden wird, geht das EU-Verbraucherrecht davon aus, dass es zum Zeitpunkt des Verkaufs defekt war, es sei denn, wir können das Gegenteil beweisen.

• Verbraucher werden ermutigt, Mängel so schnell wie möglich für eine schnellere Lösung zu melden, müssen jedoch innerhalb von zwei Monaten nach der Entdeckung für Garantieanspüche melden.
• Gewerbe-/professionelle Nutzer müssen Mängel innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Feststellung des Problems melden.

Reparaturen müssen von einem von Icetubs zugelassenen Techniker durchgeführt werden.

Nicht autorisierte Reparaturen machen die Garantie ungültig.

4. Abgedeckte Komponenten

Die Garantie deckt Mängel in den folgenden Teilen ab:

Eisbäder: Kompressoren, Kondensator & Heizung, Lüfter, Hauptplatinen, Deckel, Temperatursensoren, Vakuumpumpe, Wasserpumpe und Bedienfeld

Saunas: Heizelemente, Bedienfelder, Innen-/Außenpaneele, Bänke, Türen und Verkabelung und elektrische Systeme

5. Garantie auf ersetzte Teile

• Der Ersatz eines Teils startet die ursprüngliche Produktgarantie nicht neu.
• Ersetzte Teile bleiben für den Rest der ursprünglichen Produktgarantie abgedeckt.
• Wenn ein ersetztes Teil innerhalb der Garantiezeit ausfällt, werden wir es kostenlos reparieren oder durch ein überholtes Teil ersetzen.
• Arbeitskosten für Ausbau, Austausch oder Einbau sind nicht abgedeckt.

6. Ordnungsgemäßer Gebrauch & Garantieausschlüsse

Sie müssen den Icetub immer ordnungsgemäß verwenden. Unsachgemäßer Gebrauch macht die Garantie ungültig.

6.1. Eisbäder - Einschränkungen für den Außenbereich

• Bei Frost unter -5°C, trennen Sie das Kühlaggregat und lagern Sie es drinnen.
• Bei Frost unter 1°C, betreiben Sie das Kühlaggregat 24/7 auf „automatisch“ mit inaktiven Timern.

6.2. Eisbäder - Garantieausschlüsse

Die Garantie deckt nicht ab:

• Rost oder Korrosion an Geräten, die innerhalb von 20 km der Küste aufgestellt sind. Kontaktieren Sie uns für Schutzmaßnahmen.
• Unsachgemäßer Gebrauch, einschließlich des Hinzufügens nicht genehmigter Stoffe zum Wasser.
• Schäden durch Transport oder Umzug, es sei denn, Icetubs hat diese durchgeführt.
• Unsachgemäße Installation, einschließlich der Aufstellung des Produkts auf einem unebenen Boden.
• Fehlende Sicherung des Motors, z. B. wenn dieser ausgeschaltet oder im Freien im Modus „Kühlung“ unter dem Gefrierpunkt betrieben wird.
• Einlegen von Fremdkörpern in die Wanne, wie Gläser, Spielzeug oder andere Gegenstände.
• Umweltschäden durch Feuer, Überschwemmung, Diebstahl, Schädlinge oder extremes Wetter.

• Verwendung nicht autorisierter Chemikalien, einschließlich Chlor, Salze, Magnesium oder korrosiver Stoffe.
• Wasserschäden an elektrischen Komponenten durch Fahrlässigkeit.
• Rostbildung durch Nähe zu chlorierten Schwimmbädern oder feuchten Umgebungen ohne Belüftung.
• Überhitzung durch schlechte Belüftung, z. B. durch Blockieren von Lüftern oder zu nahes Aufstellen an Wänden.
• Elektrische Schäden durch nicht geerdete oder unsachgemäß installierte Steckdosen oder schlechte elektrische Installation (z. B. das Produkt zu nah an einer Steckdose aufstellen oder das Kabel freilegen).
• Körperverletzungen, einschließlich Ausrutschen, Stürze, Ertrinken oder Ohnmacht während der Nutzung des Produkts.

6.3. Eissauna - Garantieausschlüsse

Die Garantie deckt nicht ab:

• Unsachgemäßer Gebrauch, einschließlich Überschreitung des empfohlenen Temperaturbereichs.
• Rost oder Korrosion an Geräten, die innerhalb von 20 km der Küste aufgestellt sind. Kontaktieren Sie uns für Schutzmaßnahmen.
• Schäden durch unsachgemäßen Transport, Installation oder von Icetubs nicht autorisierte Änderungen.
• Wasser- oder Feuchtigkeitsschäden an elektrischen Komponenten durch Exposition oder unsachgemäße Abdichtung.
• Überlastung elektrischer Stromkreise über die empfohlenen Spezifikationen hinaus.
• Vernachlässigung, nicht autorisierte Reparaturen oder Schäden durch normalen Verschleiß.
• Körperverletzungen durch Missbrauch, unbeaufsichtigte Nutzung oder Nichtbeachtung von Sicherheitsrichtlinien.

7. Haftungsausschluss

• Icetubs B.V. haftet nicht für Sachschäden, Wasserschäden oder Körperverletzungen durch unsachgemäßen Gebrauch.
• Diese Garantie schließt indirekte, zufällige oder Folgeschäden aus, einschließlich Nutzungsausfall oder wirtschaftlicher Verlust.

8. Anwendbares Recht und Streitigkeiten (EU)

Diese Garantie unterliegt dem niederländischen Recht. Wenn Sie jedoch Verbraucher in der Europäischen Union sind, sind Ihre Rechte durch die anwendbaren EU-Verbraucherschutzgesetze geschützt.

Wenn ein Streit entsteht, können Sie Rechtsverfahren einleiten bei:

• Den zuständigen Gerichten von Amsterdam, Niederlande, oder
• Den Gerichten Ihres Wohnsitzlandes innerhalb der EU, gemäß den EU-Verbraucherschutzgesetzen.

• This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and does not affect those rights.
• Consumers (Private Use): Standard 2-year warranty on manufacturing defects and component failures under normal use.

2. Warranty Conditions

• Private Use Only: This warranty applies only to private use unless stated otherwise in writing.
• Warranty Service: Defective products will be repaired or replaced free of charge, with refurbished replacements after three months.
• Exclusions: Labor and call-out charges are not covered.
• Warranty Void: If damage results from improper use (see Section 6), the warranty is void.

3. How to Claim Your Warranty

• If the product is found to be faulty within six months of purchase, UK law assumes it was defective at the time of sale, unless we can prove otherwise.
• Consumers are encouraged to report defects as soon as possible for faster resolution but must report within two months of discovery for warranty claims.
• Business/professional users must report defects within 14 days of noticing the issue.

4. Covered Components

The warranty covers defects in the following parts:

• Ice baths: Compressors, condenser & heating, fans, main circuit boards, lid, temperature sensors, vacuum pump, water pump, control panel.
• Saunas: Heating elements, control panels, interior/exterior panels, benches, doors, wiring, and electrical systems.

5. Warranty on Replaced Parts

• Replacing a part does not restart the original product warranty.
• Replaced parts remain covered for the remainder of the original product warranty.
• If a replaced part fails within the warranty period, we will repair or replace it with a refurbished part free of charge.
• Labor costs for removal, replacement, or installation are not covered.

6. Proper Use & Warranty Exclusions

You must always use the Icetub correctly. Improper use voids the warranty.

6.1. Ice Baths - Outdoor Usage Restrictions

• In frost below -5°C, detach and store the cooling unit indoors.
• In frost below 1°C, run the cooling unit 24/7 on ‘automatic’ with timers inactive.

6.2. Ice Baths - Warranty Exclusions

Warranty does not cover:

• Rust or corrosion on units placed within 12 miles of the coast. Contact us for protective measures.
• Improper use, including adding non-approved substances to the water.
• Damage from transport or relocation, unless handled by Icetubs.
• Improper installation, including placing the product on an uneven floor.
• Failure to protect the engine, such as leaving it off or in ‘Cooling’ mode outdoors below freezing.
• Placing foreign objects in the tub, such as glasses, toys, or other items.
• Environmental damage from fire, flood, theft, pests, or extreme weather.
• Failure to follow installation, operation, or maintenance instructions as provided by Icetubs.
• Use of unauthorized chemicals, including salts, magnesium, or corrosive substances.
• Water damage to electrical components due to negligence.
• Rust formation due to proximity to chlorinated pools or humid environments without ventilation.
• Overheating due to poor ventilation, such as blocking fans or placing the unit too close to walls.
• Electrical damage caused by ungrounded or improperly installed outlets, or poor electrical setup (e.g., placing the product too close to a socket or leaving the cord exposed).
• Personal injuries, including slipping, falling, drowning, or blacking out while using the product.

6.3. Ice Sauna - Warranty Exclusions

Warranty does not cover:

• Improper use, including exceeding the recommended temperature range.
• Rust or corrosion on units placed within 12 miles of the coast. Contact us for protective measures.
• Damage from improper transport, installation, or modifications not authorized by Icetubs.
• Water or moisture damage to electrical components due to exposure or improper sealing.
• Overloading electrical circuits beyond recommended specifications.
• Neglect, unauthorized repairs, or damage from normal wear and tear.
• Personal injuries resulting from misuse, unsupervised use, or failure to follow safety guidelines.

7. Liability Disclaimer

• Icetubs B.V. is not liable for property damage, water damage, or personal injury due to improper use.
• This warranty excludes indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of use or economic loss.

8. Applicable Law and Disputes

This warranty is governed by Dutch law. However, if you are a Consumer in the United Kingdom, your rights are protected under applicable UK consumer laws, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

If a dispute arises, you may bring legal proceedings in either:

• The competent courts of Amsterdam, Netherlands, or
• The courts of your country of residence in the UK, as permitted by UK consumer protection laws.

In case of a dispute, you may also access Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) mechanisms in accordance with UK consumer law.

• Improper use, including the addition of non-approved substances to the water. This includes, but is not limited to, unauthorized chemicals such as chlorine, bromine, salts, magnesium, or any other corrosive substances not expressly approved in writing by Icetubs.
• Damage from transport or relocation, unless the unit is handled by Icetubs.
• Damage caused by placing the product on an uneven surface.
• Failure to protect the engine by leaving it off or in ‘Cooling’ mode outdoors below freezing.
• Placing foreign objects in the tub, such as glasses, toys, or other items.
• Exposure to environmental hazards, including fire, flood, theft, pests, or extreme weather.
• Failure to follow installation, operation, or maintenance instructions as provided by Icetubs.
• Use of unauthorized chemicals, including salts, magnesium, or corrosive substances.

• Rust formation from placing the tub near chlorinated pools or in humid environments without proper ventilation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Icetubs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of use or economic loss.

This warranty is governed by Dutch law. However, if you are a Consumer in the United States, your rights are protected under applicable U.S. federal and state consumer protection laws, including but not limited to the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act.
