Alright - let’s get to the practicalities.

This is what you’ll be doing:

  • Establishing the LA office: You will be responsible for the operational strategies, processes and procedures in our new LA office.
  • Leadership and team building: You will oversee the daily operations, building, and managing a local team, and maintaining our high-achieving, caring company culture.
  • Sales and partnerships: You will manage the sales activities and build business relationships with external partners, influencers, and customers.
  • Market exploration: You will explore the B2B and consumer markets in the U.S. and develop relevant strategies.

What we are looking for

  • Entrepreneurial mindset: You can demonstrate your ability in problem-solving, thinking outside the box, and strategic thinking.
  • Leadership skills: You have prior experience in leading and motivating a team.
  • Communication skills: You are proficient in written and spoken English.
  • Market insight: You are up to date with and understand the U.S. consumer- and B2B market.
  • Education or experience: You have at least a college degree or can demonstrate proficient experience in a similar role.
