What you’ll be doing
- Financial reporting: Prepare timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including OSS.
- Bookkeeping: Ensure accurate and efficient bookkeeping practices are maintained.
- Budgeting and forecasting: Manage the budgeting process and deliver forecasts to guide company strategy.
- Compliance and regulations: Ensure all financial operations adhere to regulations.
- Audit management: Coordinate with external auditors and manage annual audit processes.
- Strategic risk management: Identify and mitigate potential financial risks.
- Process improvement: Continuously refine financial processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with other teams: Provide financial insights to support projects and business initiatives

What we’re looking for
- At least 3 years in a similar role.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong knowledge of Dutch GAAP, with US GAAP a plus.
- Ability to interpret complex financial data and make strategic recommendations.
- Fluent in English; advanced in Dutch.
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
