Return & Exchange Policy

At Icetubs, we want to ensure you Join the Cold with the right product. If you’re not completely satisfied, our first priority is to help resolve any issues. Whether you need technical support or advice, we’re here for you. If a return is necessary, we’ll guide you through the process smoothly.

Where do we deliver

To be eligible for a return, your purchase must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be returned within 30 days from the delivery date.
  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Custom-made or personalized items.
  • Products bought on sale or with a discount.

Return process

  1. Contact us: Start by reaching out to our customer service team at service@icetubs.com to initiate the return. We’ll assist you every step of the way.
  2. Prepare the item: Keep the item in its original packaging. Ensure all accessories, manuals, and documentation are included. We will provide specific instructions via email.
  3. Shipping: Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

For international returns:

All shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes will be deducted from the refund.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days, and the credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
  • Please be aware that it might take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Damaged or defective items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at service@icetubs.com. We’ll arrange a replacement or repair as quickly as possible.

Exchange policy

We understand the importance of selecting the right Icetub. If you need to exchange your product, please be aware that palletized transport within Europe is required twice, and the associated costs will be charged to you.
