Return & Exchange Policy

At Icetubs, we want to ensure you Join the Cold with the right product. If you’re not completely satisfied, our first priority is to help resolve any issues. Whether you need technical support or advice, we’re here for you. If a return is necessary, we’ll guide you through the process smoothly.

1. Start your 30-Day Risk-Free Return

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. You can start the process by sending us your order details by email by following the link below. One of our team members will reach out soon to help you with the next steps and make the return as smooth as possible.

2. Return Eligibility Checklist

To qualify for a 30-day risk-free return, the following conditions must be met:

  • This is your first Icetub purchase.
  • The return request is submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • You can provide proof of purchase (like your order confirmation).
  • The product is not custom-made or personalized.
  • The tub must be returned in like-new condition, without any significant wear, scratches, or damage.
  • All original parts and accessories are included.
  • The product has been fully drained, cleaned and dried before pickup.
  • You have kept the original packaging materials (pallet, cardboard, plastic wrap) to repack the product securely for return shipping.
  • The tub is securely packed on the original pallet, or according to our packing instructions.
  • The pickup location must be accessible to a ground-level liftgate truck.
  • The tub is ready for pickup within 7 days of us approving your return.

3. Return Conditions & Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We’ll arrange a pickup for you, unless you’d prefer to handle it yourself. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • We strongly recommend keeping the original packaging materials for at least 30 days after delivery, as they are required for secure transport in case of return. If original packaging is not available, additional repacking costs or damage during transit may reduce your refund.
  • Before pickup, we’ll ask you to send a few quick photos of your cleaned and repacked tub, to make sure everything’s good to go.
  • Make sure the tub is packed securely,  if it’s damaged during the return trip, it could affect your refund.
  • Once your tub arrives and passes inspection, we’ll issue your refund within 10 business days.
  • If the tub shows signs of excessive use, is unclean, or is missing components, a restocking or service fee may be deducted from the refund.
  • For international returns, any customs duties and taxes paid will be deducted from your refund, as these are not refundable.

4. Damaged or defective items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and product issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or repair as quickly as possible.

5. Exchange policy

We know how important it is to find the right Icetub for your space and routine. If you’d like to exchange your tub for a different model, we can absolutely help. Just keep in mind that pallet shipping is needed both ways, and those transport costs will be passed on to you.

2. Return Eligibility

  • This is your first Icetub purchase
  • The tub must be unused, uninstalled, and in like-new condition
  • You must submit your request within 14 days of delivery
  • The product must be returned with all original parts and packaging (pallet, wrap, etc.)
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation)
  • The tub must be securely repacked and ready for freight pickup

Used or water-filled tubs are not eligible for return.

3. Shipping, Refunds & Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • You may arrange your own return, or we can coordinate a pickup and deduct the cost from your refund.
  • Once your tub is received and confirmed in acceptable condition (via photo review or inspection), your refund will be issued within 10 business days.

If the tub is returned damaged, missing components, or not properly packed, a restocking fee may apply, and the refund may be reduced.

If your tub arrives damaged or has a defect, contact [email protected] immediately with your order number and a brief description.

We’ll assess the issue via photo and arrange for repair, parts, or replacement as needed.

5. Exchange Policy

Due to shipping complexity, we do not offer standard exchanges in the US. However, if you ordered the wrong model, we’ll do our best to help — just email us within 14 days, and we’ll review options.
