Alright - let’s get to the practicalities.
This is what you’ll be doing
- Establishing a content strategy: You will be responsible for the Content strategies, processes and procedures
- Managing Content partners: You will oversee the daily operations from content partners, making sure we are never running out of content and are the best in the content game
- Building the Icetubs Academy: You will help us building an academy that supports people in overcoming their fears, shifting their limits and make them grow.
- Experimenting with new approaches: You will have the freedom to explore new ways of creating content and have a budget for extraordinary approaches.
Being the Content Manager doesn’t mean you’ll have to do everything by yourself. The Team will support you with new Inputs and challenges - may it be for work-related support or just a nice cup of coffee.

What we are looking for
- Entrepreneurial mindset: You can demonstrate your ability in problem-solving, thinking outside the box, and strategic thinking.
- Content skills: You have experience in creating A Tier content.
- Leadership and Communication skills: You are proficient in written and verbal English and able to manage a team of partners which help you with producing content.
- Ambition: You should be willing to grow and learn daily - the sky is no limit for you.
- Education or experience: You have at least a college degree or proof of proficient experience in a similar role.
