❄️ During competition time Icebaths are used for recovery with a temperature between 8 and 12 degrees. But on my daily routine I jump on my ice bath every morning with a water around 4 degrees. @icetubs is a motorized tub, you can command it from your phone easily and the wood finish fits perfectly in my garden 🌳
