Trusted by everyday achievers
After a busy week, meetings and staring at screens, the only thing that resets me is an @icetubs ice bath.
This is my big secret to being able to recover 100% between races 🥵 I don't know what would happen to me without ice water! My new ally from @icetubs who is going to help me recover in the best way 🙌🏻 Let's go!
❄️ During competition time Icebaths are used for recovery with a temperature between 8 and 12 degrees. But on my daily routine I jump on my ice bath every morning with a water around 4 degrees. @icetubs is a motorised tub, you can command it from your phone easily and the wood finish fits perfectly in my garden 🌳
