About Icetubs

The first developed ice bath from Dutch soil was brought into the world in 2021, by Icetubs. Do the math and you’ll notice we are a start-up. This means we are on fire, even when taking ice cold dips. We are ambitious enthusiasts who aim to grow everyday. Professionally and personally. We know that ‘the cold’ can amplify this mentality. And we’d like to share this knowledge with all ambitious achievers around the world. We want to give linked minded people the possibility to break through their mental barriers and grow a little stronger every day.

Our whole concept is thought out, drawn, developed, tested and sold with our own hands. This means you will be working in a dynamic environment, with lots of flexibility and opportunities. All of this happens in Badhoevedorp, a stone’s throw from Amsterdam.

What your day looks like

Your days will start at 08.00 at the Icetubs office in Badhoevedorp. Perhaps a new cooling motor has been delivered which you and Bas, the man of the workshop, can test on our prototypes. Or perhaps you’ll start the day with saving Jesper from some customers with technical questions.

After a good lunch and maybe a short sport session in our private gym it’s time for meetings. Weekly you and the team come together to discuss where you guys are standing. Questions can be answered and updates will be shared. Next to that, you’ll be in contact with suppliers, creating solutions for possible issues with our current model and working on improving the cooling engine.

Your goal is creating the most epic cooling motor and to continuously develop it, so our Icetub bath keeps getting better and better.

Become part of a close and enthusiastic team

You’ll see your colleagues more than most of your lovers and friends, so they might as well be your mate, right? That’s the vibe you will find and the kind of spirit we’d like to bring to the team. To make sure you have a great time at Icetubs, we regularly organize fun events, sport together, challenge each other’s cold resistance, provide lunch, celebrate birthdays and regularly toast to the success of someone or our team.
