How cold can the water be chilled?
The water can be chilled up to3°. Our ice bath cooling units are designed to maintain a consistent temperature.
Does it need to be always connected to electricity?
It's not necessary to keep it plugged in all the time, but if you want to connect to Wi-Fi, you'll need to.
What maintenance do I need to give it?
You don't need to add chlorine or other chemicals. Clean the water every two months if you use it an average of three times a week. Make sure the filters are clean and replace them if they're not.
How often do I change water?
The filters and UV ozonator will keep the water clean up to 3 months.
How does the cleaning process work?
Turn off the power, empty the ice bath, use soap to clean the inside, then refill with water.
How long does it take for the water to get to temperature?
It will take 3 degrees per hour for the water to reach the desired temperature.
