Yes! Both the IceSauna and IceBarrel are designed for both indoor and outdoor use. The thermowood and stainless steel frame make them highly resistant to weather conditions, ensuring long-lasting durability in any environment.
How long does it take to cool the water and heat the sauna?
The IceBarrel reaches as low as 3°C, cooling at approximately 3°C per hour. If you upgrade one IceBarrel with a heater, it can warm up to 38°C, creating a contrast therapy experience. The IceSauna heats up to 90°C in 60–75 minutes, providing deep heat therapy.
How hot can the IceSauna get?
The IceSauna operates between 160ºF and 190ºF, allowing you to choose your ideal heat level. This temperature range ensures an authentic Finnish sauna experience, providing deep, penetrating warmth that promotes muscle recovery, circulation, and relaxation. The Harvia Cilindro PC90 heater ensures even heat distribution, creating a consistent and comfortable sauna session every time.
